What this site is, and what it is not
Everything here, free or paid, is for self-reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and it does not replace a doctor, a therapist, a lawyer or an accountant, so if a decision has real consequences for your health, your money or your legal position, take it to someone who can be held responsible. A reading can help you see your own side of a question; it cannot see the future, and we do not sell it as though it can.
Age
You must be eighteen or over to use the site or buy from it.
Free readings and fair use
The daily card, the card meanings, the tools, the quizzes and a few readings each day cost nothing and need no account. There is a daily limit per visitor so everyone gets a turn and the running costs stay sane. Please do not draw readings in bulk with scripts, resell the free output, or use the site in a way that breaks it for others.
What we sell
Reports are digital files around one question, delivered as a download and by e-mail straight after payment. Personal readings from Clara are written for you, with your name and your question, and delivered within the time the product page states. Jewelry from the wear your intention collection is posted worldwide as a letterbox parcel.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT at the rate of your country, with shipping added and shown before you confirm. Payment runs through Mollie B.V., which supports iDEAL, Bancontact, cards, Apple Pay and, where offered, Klarna. Your order becomes a contract once you have paid and we have confirmed it by e-mail, and if a price is obviously wrong we may cancel and refund in full.
Digital content and your right of withdrawal
Reports and personal readings are digital content not supplied on a physical carrier. Under European consumer law you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase, but that right ends once delivery of digital content has begun with your agreement. So at checkout you tick a box saying you want the file straight away and that you understand you give up your right of withdrawal once it has been delivered. If you do not tick it, we wait out the fourteen days before delivering, because nothing goes out early without that explicit consent.
The fourteen-day happiness guarantee on reports
Giving up a right of withdrawal is a real thing to give up, so we give back something the law does not require. If a report does not do what its page said it would, tell us within fourteen days of delivery and we refund it in full, without asking you to argue your case. Write to info@tarotclaritas.com with your order number and one line about what was off; the line helps us write better ones and is not a condition.
Physical products
For jewelry you keep the full statutory right of withdrawal: fourteen days from the day the parcel arrives to change your mind, and fourteen more to send it back. The shipping and returns page sets out the address, the condition, who pays return postage and how fast we refund. Outside the European Union you may owe import duty or local tax, which is yours to pay.
What you may do with what you buy
A report or a personal reading is yours to keep, print and share with the people you love, but not to resell, republish or feed into a service that resells it. The text on the site, the card meanings, the illustrations and Clara herself belong to Magnolia Creations BV; quote a sentence or two with a link, but please do not copy pages wholesale.
What we can and cannot promise
We promise the products we describe, delivered as described, and a real person answering when you write. We promise no outcome in your life, and no reading here will tell you what is going to happen with your health, a pregnancy, a death, a court case or your money. If you ask for one of those, the reading says plainly that the cards cannot see it and reads your own side instead.
If something goes wrong
Write to info@tarotclaritas.com first, because most things are fixable in a day. Our liability is limited to what you paid for the product, except where the law does not allow that limit, such as for death, personal injury, intent or gross negligence. Nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer under the law of your own country.
Law, disputes and changes
Dutch law applies, with the mandatory consumer protections of your own country alongside it, and disputes go to the competent Dutch court unless the law lets you sue closer to home. The European Commission runs an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We may change these terms, and the version on the site when you order governs your order.
