The word doing the most work in your question is still, and I want to start there, because it tells me something the rest of the sentence does not. You are not asking whether he ever felt anything, since you were there for that. You are asking whether it has run out on his side the way it has not run out on yours, and whether the two of you are, for once, keeping the same time.
Does my ex still have feelings for me is a question I cannot answer, and I would be doing you harm if I read a card as though it could see into somebody who is not at the table. What I can do is show you why even a yes would not settle it, and then read the still on your own side, which is the one that is actually here.
Why a yes would not settle it
Here is the thing that nobody says because it is unromantic and true. Most people keep some feeling for somebody they loved for a very long time, sometimes for the rest of their lives, and it changes almost nothing about what they do. Feelings and intentions are different animals. A person can have feelings for you and be perfectly at peace with not seeing you again, and a person can have no particular feeling left and still be kind, and warm, and quick to reply, because that is how they are with everybody.
So imagine you got the answer, from him, in his own words: yes, I still have feelings for you. You would be exactly where you are tonight, with the addition of hope, and hope with no plan attached is the thing that has been keeping you up. A feeling is weather. It tells you what the sky is doing over somebody else’s house and nothing about whether they are coming out in it.
Does my ex still have feelings for me, read from the outside
Everything you have been collecting is being read from the street. A light on in a window tells you a light is on. The reaction to the photo, the fact that he has not blocked you, the mutual friend who said he went quiet when your name came up, the song he posted that was your song or possibly just a song: each of these has a warm explanation and a dull one, and you have been choosing the warm one at night and the dull one at lunch, which is why the question never closes.
I am not going to tell you to stop looking, because you will look, and the looking is not the problem. The problem is treating what you see as a reading of the inside of him, when it is a reading of the outside of a house, and the only person who can tell you what the rooms feel like is the one living in them.
Your still, read honestly
Now the half I can actually read, and I would like you to be as honest here as you have been suspicious there. There are three questions, and they go in order.
The first is whether the feeling is for him or for the missing. Those two are indistinguishable at midnight and quite different at noon, and the way to tell them apart is to ask what you would have back if you could have one thing: the person, or the routine, the bed with somebody in it, the message that said home in twenty minutes. A great many people who are certain they still love their ex are, when they get specific, missing a shape their week used to have, and does my ex still have feelings for me turns out to be a question about the shape.
The second is whether the feeling is for him as he was in the last month, or for a version you have edited. Memory is a generous editor. It keeps the weekend in the good light and loses the four Sundays that went on the same argument, and the man you have feelings for tonight may be a cut that never played in real time. Asking a friend who was there how they remember the last stretch is an uncomfortable and useful corrective, and it is not disloyal to want it.
The third is whether what you are calling feelings is really something unfinished: the thing you did not say, the apology you did not get, the ending that was a fade rather than a sentence. Unfinished business feels remarkably like love, since both of them keep you returning to the same person in your head, and only one of them wants him back.
Feelings that stay, and where to put them
Whatever you find, I want to say clearly that you are allowed to still have feelings and not act on them. That is not a failure and it is not being stuck. It is what most adults are quietly doing about somebody, and the feeling does not need to be resolved or argued out of you. It needs somewhere to sit that is not the top of every day, and it will move there on its own if you stop giving it the whole evening.
What helps, in my experience, is letting the feeling be past tense in the grammar even while it is present tense in your chest. I loved him, and some of that is still here, is a sentence that can be true for years without deciding anything. I still love him, said as a reason, is a sentence that keeps asking for a plan, and there may not be one.
What is worth doing this week
Take the piece of evidence you have leaned on hardest and write the dullest explanation it could also carry, next to the warm one, and keep both on the page. Not to talk yourself out of anything, but so that the next time it comes to mind it arrives with its alternative attached, which takes a surprising amount of the heat out of it.
If you want cards for this, the does he miss me page reads the missing on your side without pretending to see his, and the does my ex still love me quiz is a fairer test than a profile picture, because it asks about the relationship rather than the notifications. If the harder question underneath is whether he is thinking about you at all, I have written about that separately, and it reads the thinking rather than the feeling.
What would you like to look at
Pick the shape that fits the question. You can change your mind at any point before you draw.
Before we start
Twenty seconds, feet on the floor, hand somewhere warm. Breathe in while the circle grows and out while it settles. You can skip this whenever you like.
What is on your mind
In your own words, as much or as little as you like. You can leave it empty and simply draw.
Your cards
Laying them out now.

Whatever is or is not still there on his side, the still on yours is real, and it is allowed, and it does not have to be settled tonight. Come back and tell me which of the three questions you could not answer straight away. That one is usually the true one.
